We have space for 3 more teams in our 2nd Annual VBR Star Golf Challenge on September 6th! Hurry and sort out your team as we expect these spots to be filled quickly. 

We also have limited space for hole and corporate sponsorships. Hole sponsorships are $250, and corporate sponsorships are only a $1000, which includes one team entry along with many other benefits. Hydration

To prevent dehydration it is important that athletes are drinking water before, during, and after training / match days. 

The American Council on Exercise suggests drinking 17 to 20 ounces of water two to three hours before the start of the match and 7 to 10 ounces every 10 to 20 minutes of the game. Afterward, drink 8 ounces of fluid.

Sports Drinks can also help replace lost electrylotes during high intensity training / matches that are longer than 60 minutes.  

 

We will now sponsor DAY sessions as well as EVENING sessions at Valley Hall every Saturday and Sunday for BINGO. 

We are looking for volunteers to work  each Saturday and Sunday day and evening session for approximately 5 hours per shift. This is a great opportunity to earn "soccer credits," which help offset costs associated with playing for the club. 2005 Boys & 2006 Girls can also use soccer credits towards the Europe trip the club takes each summer!
