WINTER LEAGUE REGISTRATION CLOSED!!

The VBR Star Winter League program is back! All games will be played on Saturdays starting in January. All games will be played at Lab Sports in Roanoke. Players participating in the Winter League will not have practices during the week with their team.

Winter Youth League (U10 - U19): 

Dates: Saturday - January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th | February 4th, 11th  

Start Time: Games will fall in a 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM window

Location: Lab Sports Performance

Cost: $65

Rules:

• Referees will be provided for each game.
• FIFA Laws of the Game will used accordingly except for:
  • Punts by the goalie will not be allowed
  • Goal kicks and throws must hit the ground before passing the half-way line
  • Offsides rule will not be in affect
  • If the ball hits the outside wall, it is considered out of bounds (indirect free kick)
  • If the ball hits the roof of the facility, it is considered out of bounds (indirect free kick)
  • No slide tackling
  • If one team is up by 8 goals, the team in the lead will have to substitue their goalie
• 2 - 25 minute halves. 5 minute half time. 

No cleats will be allowed to be worn on the fields (turf shoes and indoors/flats)!
