VBR Star Spring Adult League

Welcome! VBR Star adult leagues offer 18+ aged men and women a fun and competitive environment to play. We offer seasonal Coed, Women's and Men's leagues throughout the year. 

VBR Star adult leagues are sanctioned with MDCVSA Soccer Assocation. The MDCVSA is the state-level organization for affiliated adult soccer in Virginia and D.C. We are a member of the U.S. Adult Soccer Association and the U.S. Soccer Federation, which is a member of FIFA. 

As a benefit of membership, all affiliated leagues, teams, and registered players receive insurance coverage for league play, practices, and while playing in any other USASA or USSF affiliated competitions nationwide.

Adult League Overview:

This is an open league, meaning if you sign up without a team. You will be placed on one at random. If we are not able to find you a spot on a team, a refund will be issued to you.

Coed League  

8v8 games include goalkeepers

Game Schedule: Wednesdays; April 5th, April 12th, April 19th, April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th, May 24th, May 31st, (Playoff Dates will be provided once teams are formed)

Start Times: 6:10 PM, 7:20 PM, 8:30 PM

Location: Kroger Soccer Park - 2002 Highland Farms Road, Roanoke VA 24017

Price: $75

Rules:

• Adult coed league games must play with both genders on the field at all times. Minimum 2 players from each gender have to be on field (Can play down 1 female but this must be represented on the field, can only have 7 players on the field including goalkeeper / If there are no female players, the match will be forfeited and the teams will still be allowed to play with no subbing or gender restrictions). During playoffs 2 female players must be available to play, if not, the game will be forfeited and the team with the correct amount of players will win by default.
• No cross team subbing unless the game has been forfeited.
• No Slide Tackling.
• Referees will be provided for each game.
• FIFA Laws of the Game will be used accordingly. 
• 2 - 30 minute halves. 3 minute half time. 

Men’s League

8v8 games include goalkeepers

Game Schedule: Sundays; April 16th, April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, May 14th, May 21st, May 28th, June 4th, June 11th (Playoff Dates will be provided once teams are formed)

Start Times: 4:35 PM, 5:45 PM, 6:55 PM

Location: Kroger Soccer Park - 2002 Highland Farms Road, Roanoke VA 24017

Price: $75 

Rules:

• Referees will be provided for each game.
• No Slide Tackling
• No cross team subbing unless the game has been forfeited.
• FIFA Laws of the Game will be used accordingly. 
• 2 - 30 minute halves. 3 minute half time. 

Women’s League
